2019 Backyard Renovation
Earlier this year, Marsh and I found ourselves at Home Depot debating on what steps we could take to remedy the absolute mud pit that our backyard had become. We tossed around the idea of laying down sod or grass seed, but with Boo back there during days when we’re at work, sod or grass seed didn’t seem like the best route to take. It didn’t take us long to be like, “This is really stressful. Let’s just put a huge, covered patio back there,” and leave Home Depot with only plants. A few months later, we’re so happy with the final result of this new living space!!
This wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support of my dad, Papa Blaine, and a handful of other really great, generous men. 😀

The concrete was actually laid when Marsh and I were in Hawaii. We know, we’re spoiled. 😁

It took a lot of men in our lives to make this project complete, and we’re so thankful!!

I don’t have a photo of the completed patio with the furniture we’re working with currently, but you get the idea. Isn’t it so cool?! 😎
